Ombudsman Alicia Shepard has been at NPR since 2007. She serves as a public representative to NPR’s listeners in matters of ethics, accuracy and bias in reporting. One of NPR’s summer interns, Alexandria Neason, recently caught up with Shepard and they spoke about life as an ombudsman.
